Job Title: Warehouse Facility Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and modifications to our warehouse facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including building and grounds maintenance, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with installations, modifications, and replacements of tools, equipment, and other maintenance projects as assigned.
  • Operate power equipment to sweep, wash warehouse floors, and clean up spills.
  • Perform scheduled custodial duties, including painting, scraping, and power washing.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, and cleaning carpets.
  • Assist warehouse personnel, outside contractors, and maintenance personnel on special maintenance projects as directed.
  • Complete work orders and maintenance recap reports accurately and submit them daily to management.
  • Communicate with vendors and provide quotes for management review.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with conveyor systems and belt repair (lacing) preferred.
  • Experience with Lock Out Tag Out procedures preferred.
  • Must be flexible with on-call schedule every other Sunday.
