**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Aide to join our team at Intercept Health. As a Therapeutic Aide, you will work closely with clients in a local school district, implementing behavior principles to increase use of coping skills and pro-social skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Implement behavior principles to increase use of coping skills and pro-social skills in the school environment.
  • Collaborate with school personnel, attend school-related meetings, and provide coaching, training, and support to parents and/or caregivers in behavior management strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and previous professional experience working with children.
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral science is preferred; specific experience with children who have Autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, or ABA experience, is a plus.
