Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing sales techniques, communicating product knowledge, and recommending merchandise selections to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure pricing and visual standards are met.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance, to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience to customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking and standing required.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
