Job Summary

As a Coding Auditor, Revenue Integrity/Coding at Norton Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our coding practices. This position requires a strong understanding of coding guidelines and the ability to analyze and evaluate coding data.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate coding data based on established guidelines
Review records for all care settings to identify high-risk coding and reimbursement issues
Provide auditing and feedback to improve coding accuracy and quality

Requirements

One year of experience in coding in a healthcare setting
One of the following certifications: CCA, CCS, or CPC
Desired: Diploma or higher education qualification
