Job Summary:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient team. As an Inpatient RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for assessing, planning, directing, providing, and evaluating nursing care for patients, as well as coordinating nurse care activities with other healthcare disciplines.
  • Your primary focus will be on providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 9 months of RN experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Basic Life Support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous healthcare experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Two years O.R. circulating and scrubbing
  • CNOR
  • ACLS
  • Pre-Op area
  • IV skill
  • Completion/certification from approved peri-op program

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
