Job SummaryThis position is open to students who qualify for Federal Work Study. To determine eligibility, please check with the Financial Aid office.
This role provides basic clerical and receptionist support to an executive-level office or department. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing telephone and front office support
- Maintaining files and records
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Assembling materials for distribution
- Operating office equipment
- Supporting special projects and events
- Delivering documents and packages
- Preferably a 2.5 or higher GPA
- A high degree of confidentiality
- Honesty
