This position is available to currently enrolled Clayton State University students who qualify for Federal Work Study. To determine eligibility, students must check with the Financial Aid office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet students, faculty, staff, and visitors upon entering the office
  • Act as receptionist and perform clerical duties, including copying, collating, and stapling documents
  • Answer multi-line telephones, transfer calls, and check voice messages
  • Fax documents and sort and distribute department mail
  • Prepare word processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases as needed
  • Conduct web research
