Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused work study assistant to join our Bursar's Office team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to students, parents, and other stakeholders, processing payments, answering inquiries, and providing helpful information.
Responsibilities- Process payments and issue receipts
- Answer daily inquiries and provide information to students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Assist with front counter duties, including scanning documents, shredding paperwork, filing, and mailing letters
- Support the Bursar's Office staff with projects and tasks as needed
This position is open to currently enrolled Clayton State University students who qualify for Federal Work Study. Applicants must check with the Financial Aid office to confirm their eligibility.
