Staff Pharmacist Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Pharmacy Manager and leading your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Regulatory Compliance and Financial Management
  • Customer Service and Personnel Management
  • Inventory Management and Workflow Optimization

You'll also be responsible for adopting and managing patient care programs, leading with empathy and compassion, and motivating your team to achieve specified goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Pharmacy License in the state where you're employed
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
