Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure the safe and effective delivery of medications and services to patients, adhering to regulatory requirements and CVS Health's quality standards.
  • Pharmacy Operations and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, personnel management, and workflow optimization.
  • Customer Service and Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns, and promoting CVS Health's services and products.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of pharmacy technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and growth.
  • Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, collaborating with colleagues to implement strategies and initiatives that drive results.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and immunization certification through an accredited organization.
