Leave of Absence Specialist Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Leave of Absence Specialist is a critical role at Executive Jet Management, Inc. responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of employee leave requests. This position requires a subject matter expert who can interpret and administer leave programs and policies in accordance with federal and state employment laws, as well as collective bargaining agreements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Analyze and resolve complex leave of absence issues
* Provide effective communication with employees and internal/external partners
* Maintain accurate records of leave requests and supporting documentation
* Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* 2-4 years of experience in leave administration
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in navigating technology platforms and software applications

**Preferred Qualifications**

* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
* Completion of specialized certification or training on leave administration
