LOA Specialist

The Leave of Absence Specialist is a critical role at NetJets, Inc., responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of employee leave requests. This includes medical, personal, and family-related absences in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Provide expert guidance on leave policies and procedures
• Process and manage leave requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Develop and maintain accurate records of employee leave
• Communicate with employees and management to resolve leave-related issues
