Job Opportunity: Configuration & Data Management Specialist

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Configuration & Data Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage the configuration and data release process within our Quality Compliance team. As a Configuration & Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is released, transmitted, or exported in accordance with customer, regulatory, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Product Data Administration: Interface with customers through customer web tools and ensure customer new or revised documentation is downloaded for release in the PLM system.
  • Release customer specification and route for review in the company PLM system.
  • Ensure that proper procedures are being followed during the releasing of engineering changes, additions, and deletions.
  • Explain policies, practices, and procedures in support of engineering releases and turnback process.
  • Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly Audit to support release process as needed.
  • Post customer SDRL deliverables as needed and track the status of rejected items.
  • Data Release: Compile and maintain control of records and related files such as engineering data throughout lifecycle.
  • Examine and analyze documents, Bill of Materials, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data from a control perspective.
  • Technical Data Transfers: Comply and verify requested configuration of documents, drawings, and models prior to export to customer and/or suppliers.
  • Prepare data for transmit or export ensuring correct usage of approved regulatory and business methods for ITAR/EAR control prior to posting via approved customer and RTX portal tools.

Requirements:

  • Successful candidates must meet all requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
