SEKO is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Act as a second-in-command in the absence of the manager, taking care of all their duties and responsibilities.
  • Assist the manager with operations issues, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries from staff and customers, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Prepare and file forms and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate and coordinate directly with the warehouse manager for daily cartage operations planning.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Team player, flexible to fill in other departments as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or operations.
