Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Employee Relations function and collaborate with the HR team to provide administrative support for human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Owns the process of securing and monitoring the collection of new-hire documentation from offer to start date.
• Maintains personnel files to meet organizational needs and complies with current employment practices and regulatory agencies.
• Prepares terminated personnel and medical files for offsite storage as needed.
• Pulls files prior to audits and ensures applicable information is contained in the file.
• Schedules exit interviews on behalf of the Employee Relations Manager and tracks results.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with databases (HRIS) is required.
