Qualifications:
  1. CPA certification with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Proficient in mathematical concepts.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Commitment to the mission of Florida Rural Legal Services and compassion for clients.
  6. Able to build positive relationships with colleagues and community members.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  9. Efficiently utilize existing resources.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal service software.
  11. Familiarity with Abila and Paylocity accounting and payroll systems.
  12. Effective communication skills with peers, supervisors, clients, and the public.
  13. Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:

This role operates within a professional work environment.

Physical Requirements:

Travel may be required for meetings, training, mentoring, and court observation, subject to approval.
