Job Title: Supervising Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Community Manager to join our team at CRMG. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our apartment community, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of property employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure seamless resident onboarding and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success in customer service and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software, including Entrata.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
