Job Title: Supervising Community Manager

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Supervising Community Manager to lead our team at Sandyplace Apartment Homes. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 138-unit apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of property employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct property inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain property integrity.
  • Screen prospective residents, collect rents, serve notices, and prepare agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience.
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience.
  • Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Understand and administer landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and safety protocols.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
