Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervising Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 120-unit apartment community, Holly Acres Apartments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of property management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including social media promotion and community events.
  • Manage property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident experience.
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous property management experience, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • 1 year of previous supervisory experience, with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • 6 months of previous customer service experience, with a focus on resident relations and conflict resolution.
  • High school degree or equivalent, with a focus on business or related field.
  • Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including rent collection and financial reporting.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on resident relations and team collaboration.
  • Ability to learn quickly, with a focus on property operations and management.
  • Strong marketing skills, with a focus on social media promotion and community events.
  • Strong supervisory and organizational skills, with a focus on team leadership and development.
  • Available for after-hours emergencies, with a focus on resident support and property maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of all city, county, state, and federal laws and regulations, including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Possess a current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record, with a focus on work-related errands and property visits.
