About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at SavATree. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting our sales and service team in the office. Your focus will be on ensuring that our daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently, including invoicing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining all internal office equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train the sales and service team in the office
  • Oversee daily office operations, including invoicing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Maintain all internal office equipment and supplies
  • Support the corporate Human Resources team by completing all necessary employee paperwork
  • Track and report on performance
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience managing an office and staff
  • Experience working with a sales team is helpful but not required
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
