Office Manager

As an Office Manager at SavATree, you will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting the sales and service team in the office. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, including invoicing, scheduling, data entry, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. You will also support your specialists in the field by tracking and reporting on performance, while assisting the corporate Human Resources team with employee paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and train the sales and service team in the office
Oversee daily office operations, including invoicing, scheduling, and data entry
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Support specialists in the field by tracking and reporting on performance
Assist the corporate Human Resources team with employee paperwork
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience managing an office and staff
Experience working with a sales team is helpful but not required
Associate's degree or higher preferred
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
