Job Summary:

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Wayzata Collision Center. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for estimating and calculating the cost to repair a vehicle, to replace vehicle parts, or the entire vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and Calculating: Calculate the customer's bill using our dealership's computer system, track and record payments from customers and insurance, and review vehicle damage to write a supplement based on discoveries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by updating guests on a regular basis, handling customer complaints diplomatically, and referring complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Parts Ordering and Quality Control: Work with Parts to order/locate all parts needed for repair, and review all finalized work to ensure all work performed meets or exceeds the standards of The Wayzata Auto Center Collision Repair.
  • File Reconciliation and Special Duties: Review your file to ensure all documents are up-to-date, all signatures are captured, and proper documentation is in file, and perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of Body Shop experience preferred, CDK experience preferred, and excellent oral communication skills required.
  • Age: 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy required.
