Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental maintenance tasks, exhibit self-motivation, and possess the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must hold a Boilers license and CPO certification.
- EPA certification is preferred.
- Experience in unit turnovers is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with life safety systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance routines.
- Complete daily work orders efficiently.
- Maintain the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Execute painting and apartment turnover tasks.
- Respond to customer requests and perform snow removal.
- Oversee pool maintenance and other assigned projects.
Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call duties every 5-6 weeks.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $25, with the opportunity for contract-to-hire conversion.
