Job Overview

Tesoro Group is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our esteemed client in the senior living sector. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in residential maintenance, particularly in unit turnover. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental maintenance tasks, exhibit self-motivation, and possess the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Boilers license and CPO certification.
  • EPA certification is preferred.
  • Experience in unit turnovers is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs on buildings and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with life safety systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance routines.
  • Complete daily work orders efficiently.
  • Maintain the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Execute painting and apartment turnover tasks.
  • Respond to customer requests and perform snow removal.
  • Oversee pool maintenance and other assigned projects.

Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call duties every 5-6 weeks.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $25, with the opportunity for contract-to-hire conversion.
