We reach our audience through various marketing channels, including television, newspapers, direct mail, and online advertising.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining knowledge of our products and policies, and staying informed about sales events and promotions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our furniture products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • **Sales Events**: Stay informed about sales events, promotions, and limited-time offers to effectively communicate with customers.
  • **Sales Transactions**: Record sales transactions accurately, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • **Delivery Coordination**: Coordinate deliveries with customers and distribution systems, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • **Customer Concerns**: Resolve customer concerns promptly, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • **Sales Floor Appearance**: Ensure a neat and organized sales floor appearance, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory accuracy, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
  • **Sales Targets**: Meet sales targets and adhere to company guidelines, driving revenue growth and sales performance.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Computer Skills**: Proficient in computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • **Physical Abilities**: Capable of moving furniture for demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • **Availability**: Flexible to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Compensation Package:**

  • **Salary Range**: Average salary range: $45,000-$55,000 annually, with top earners reaching $70,000-$80,000+ through commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
  • **Commission Structure**: Lucrative commission structures with unlimited earning potential.
