Job Summary

StretchLab - South Sarasota is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Community Engagement Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for generating new membership sales, retaining current members, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in lead generation, follow-up, and close sales
  • Book and confirm intro classes for new members
  • Manage the front desk, greeting and checking-in clients and prospects
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Promote available services to current and prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
  • Participate in special events to promote the club
  • Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
