As a Construction Risk Advisor, you will be instrumental in pinpointing and resolving project risks, significantly contributing to projects across the nation. Consistent communication, document evaluations, and on-site inspections will be essential in comprehending and alleviating risks related to project expenses, timelines, and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive documentation and cost evaluations for commercial construction initiatives.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed monthly reports on project advancement.
- Perform property physical needs evaluations to identify and rectify potential challenges.
- Offer cost consulting services such as insurable value reporting, depreciated value reporting, and construction loan oversight to enhance project budgeting and financial strategies.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred, but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction field, particularly in project oversight, estimating, and/or site evaluations.
- Familiarity with commercial construction methodologies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
