Telephonic Sales Expert

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join LexisNexis Legal & Professional as a Telephonic Sales Expert, driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with customers. You'll work closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting/exceeding monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Identifying, targeting, and maximizing revenue/growth opportunities.
  • Developing strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
  • Providing customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issues.
  • Negotiating/renegotiating contracts.
  • Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of LexisNexis products, content, and solutions.
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 or more years of successful sales experience.
  • High School Diploma, or GED.

We prefer candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Business-to-business sales experience.
  • Proven success negotiating contracts and closing business.
  • Experience interacting with C-level corporate executives.
  • Previous field account management and marketing experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to travel on occasion (nominal, estimated at less than 10% of the time).
