Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory through market research and industry trend analysis.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Set and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
    • Regularly update sales forecasts and report on progress to management.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Provide training and support to clients on product usage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Communicate feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
