We are currently in search of an Engineering Asset Coordinator with 2-5 years of relevant experience. This role is a long-term contract opportunity, focusing on the implementation of advanced engineering tools and processes.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the training and organizational transformation associated with the adoption of Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Fusion Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. This position requires collaboration with Engineers, Designers, and Maintenance Professionals to ensure the effective integration of these innovative tools.

Additionally, the role involves liaising with both internal and external development teams to communicate user feedback, propose enhancements, and develop comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting, with a strong background in Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance user engagement and acceptance.
  • Collaborate with users, partners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate user needs into actionable insights.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of user support needs across primary functional areas and provide assistance in other business functions.
  • Stay informed about system best practices and feature updates to promote ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor training metrics and collect feedback to ensure training objectives are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in creating technical or engineering training materials.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis to identify user needs.
  • Strong business, functional, and technical knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capability to manage a variety of complex tasks and potentially oversee the work of others.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related engineering field is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in engineering, design, business systems analysis, software development, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Fusion Manage, PDM, PLM, and other engineering software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently towards achieving milestones while also collaborating effectively in team settings.
  • Experience in software implementation and operational support.
