Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management plans to optimize the financial performance and value of the multifamily portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive properties, and economic indicators to make informed recommendations for property positioning and strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure effective implementation of leasing, marketing, and operational strategies that drive revenue growth and expense control.
- Conduct regular property site visits and inspections to assess physical conditions, identify potential value-add opportunities, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting, to assess property performance and make strategic decisions.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and service provider relationships to achieve cost efficiencies and maintain high-quality property management services.
- Coordinate and collaborate with our Director of Facilities to oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and repositioning efforts to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, communicating property performance, strategies, and recommendations effectively.
- Collaborate with acquisition and disposition teams to provide insights and due diligence support during property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Conduct quarterly financial reviews with your portfolio to optimize the financial performance of the assigned portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate asset management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related discipline required. M.B.A. or graduate degree in a complementary discipline a plus.
- 10-15+ years of proven multifamily property management experience with increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated success in leadership positions and overseeing property management operations.
- Seasoned experience in Southeast multifamily markets.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, revenue management, and forecasting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Yardi, AIRM, BI, Excel, and MS Office.
The position is based in Nashville, TN and will require travel to existing and prospective properties in the Southeast.
Compensation:The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, the position offers performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
