Asset Protection Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Carters, Inc. As a leader in the children's apparel industry, we're committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support shrink reducing initiatives, including safety, security, theft, and operational loss
- Train store team on customer service behaviors and asset protection tools, resources, and reporting
- Identify, track, and communicate external theft trends, causes, and resolutions
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external business partners to gather market data on theft trends and resolution resources
- Assist with prosecuting known theft incidents through timely response and proactive case building, including mandated court appearances
