Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Political division as a Vice President of Sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programmatic ad sales and a strong track record of managing campaigns for candidates, ballot measures, social advocacy, and government-funded initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new political clients
  • Develop and implement political ad sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Navigate the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 sellers (individual contributors)
  • Assist in further developing the company's political campaign approach and spearhead adoption throughout the organization


Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital media sales experience
  • 3+ years in programmatic ad sales
  • Extensive industry relationships with an emphasis on political clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success in completing full sales cycles
  • Bachelor's Degree
