Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to become part of their team onsite. This role involves working during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for hardware upgrades, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems.
  • Conduct inventory assessments of computer equipment.
  • Manage logistics for equipment delivery.
  • Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support tasks.
  • Collaborate with and support third-party vendors during refresh activities.
  • Provide support to VIPs and other end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hardware refresh is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Note: Full COVID-19 vaccination may be necessary.
