Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ENGIE North America Inc. in Spokane, WA. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will provide technical support to employees and customers, utilizing your expertise to research, respond to, and resolve problems. Your strong focus on customer service will be essential in providing a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user physical and logical security for various systems
* Provide hardware, software, and network consultation and support onsite and over the phone
* Respond to client requests in a timely fashion
* Independently investigate, research, resolve, and document end-user problems
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of business equipment
* Maintain current expertise in operation and application of standard workstation hardware and software
* Assist senior-level team members in various infrastructure projects
Requirements:
* Net+ Certification or equivalent experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs of equipment unassisted
