Our residency program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role. You will work closely with experienced preceptors and mentors who will guide you through structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience.

**Job Benefits:**

  • $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates
  • Competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year

**Qualifications:**

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
