Position Overview:
In this role, you will be joining a leading provider of residential overhead door solutions. This position combines elements of customer interaction and technical expertise, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments while also possessing strong hands-on skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
- Assist in sales processes while delivering technical assistance.
- Perform installation and maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license from Oregon or Washington with a clean driving record.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in garage door installation is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay of $21 per hour during training.
- Salary plus commission structure following initial training period.
