Position Overview:

In this role, you will be joining a leading provider of residential overhead door solutions. This position combines elements of customer interaction and technical expertise, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments while also possessing strong hands-on skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Assist in sales processes while delivering technical assistance.
  • Perform installation and maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license from Oregon or Washington with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with physical tasks.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in garage door installation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay of $21 per hour during training.
  • Salary plus commission structure following initial training period.
