Key Responsibilities:
As a Judicial Proceedings Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
1. Coordinating and scheduling court hearings.
2. Maintaining digital records of proceedings and facilitating both virtual and in-person hearings.
3. Creating, receiving, and documenting all legal documents and exhibits filed in court.
4. Managing information on the statewide judicial database for individual cases.
5. Issuing legal documents as ordered by the court.
6. Providing information to the public and collaborating with colleagues and external agencies.
7. Participating in daily team assignments to support court operations.

A paralegal certificate or an associate's degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.
