Customer Service Representative

BioReference Laboratories is a dynamic organization that provides comprehensive test solutions and unparalleled expertise in oncology, urology, and women's health. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and laboratory-related communication to healthcare providers and external customers.
  • Support internal operations and serve as a resource for clients regarding test requirements, specimen submission, and laboratory policies and procedures.
  • Report laboratory results using established protocols and identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
  • Place client supply orders and follow up with clients on consent forms, failed faxes, and work outgoing queues.
  • Embody the principles of Quality Service and apply acquired job skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, laboratory, or clinical setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly and effectively.
  • Prioritize and manage time efficiently, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate and proficient in medical terminology.
