Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive at Perfect Snacks, you will be responsible for delivering revenue and distribution objectives for the club channel in accordance with company sales plans and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Total sales and P+L responsibility for key retailers, including Costco, Sam's, BJ's, Winco, and supporting all growth channels customers.
- Drive new product/category distribution initiatives and implement retailer promotional plans in line with sales/marketing plans.
- Direct distributors, brokers, field sales, and internal resources to accomplish sales and distribution objectives.
- Manage all budgets in proportion to sales revenue and manage trade spending in accordance with HQ objectives.
- Deliver distribution, shelf management, pricing, and promotional objectives for accounts.
- Develop and manage club strategy along with the VP of Growth Channel and execute all HQ and divisional priorities.
- Partner with sales strategy, finance, and marketing teams to develop short and long-term innovation pipeline for the club channel.
- Contract management and divisional and regional selling strategies across the club channel.
- Responsible for planning a monthly calendar, which includes extensive travel, such as retailer appointments, broker meetings, distributor meetings, trade shows, regional shows, corporate office visits, and working the market during a visit.
- Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the sales department.
- Presentation of new items and strategies to customers and internal leadership teams.
- Develop and manage scope, timeline, work plan, and deliverables for projects; manage incoming project requests and maintain project queue.
- Office: 30%
- Frequent air and ground travel: 70%
- 4+ years as a retailer HQ-specific sales lead in the food/beverage industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Club channel experience preferred.
- Experience working with multiple retail environments preferred.
- Excel and PowerPoint Skills; must be competent in managing large data sets.
- Experience in sales planning and forecasting.
- Creative thinker with the ability to tell a story with data and insights.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Self-sufficient and highly detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical.
- Results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and team.
