We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Conservation Specialist to join our team at Austin ISD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in reducing our energy consumption and promoting sustainability throughout our district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement energy conservation plans to reduce energy consumption
  • Collaborate with facilities staff to implement energy-efficient practices and technologies
  • Monitor and analyze energy usage data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and education to staff on energy conservation best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in energy conservation or a related field
