Job Overview

Linea Energy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Development department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of utility-scale solar, BESS, and wind projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Development team to coordinate efforts and drive projects forward from inception to construction
  • Assist with MSAs, task orders, invoices, and data management
  • Collaborate with the legal and development teams to process relevant paperwork
  • Conduct market, land, and regulatory project research
  • Develop and manage project development schedules and budgets
  • Support the team in managing the overall development pipeline
Requirements
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree, preferably in energy, environmental, business, or engineering
  • 1-3+ years' experience in renewable energy development
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with GIS platforms and ability to manipulate GIS data
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
