Client Service Advisor

Virtual is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Advisor to join our team. As a Client Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' success by providing exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide professional support to clients via phone, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
  • Client Education: Thoroughly educate clients on our services and provide quality support in areas such as handling questions, troubleshooting, and account assistance.
  • First Call Resolution: Provide First Call Resolution to clients, ensuring that their issues are resolved on the first contact.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma (required)
  • Experience: Inbound call center experience and strong communication skills
  • Attitude: Pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills
  • Customer Service: Customer service experience required

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Time

Compensation: $25/hr - $31/hr
