Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Introduce products and services that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure clients are quickly connected to the right teammate to meet their needs.
  • Educate clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
  • Effective collaborator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and improving financial lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Minimum six months of client service experience in financial services or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals.
