Job Overview:

Encore Talent Solutions seeks a highly skilled and experienced Agile Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business agility and transformation across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement agile methodologies to improve business outcomes and drive organizational change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their agile skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile principles and practices.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and impediments to agile adoption and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile transformation and coaching.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-time business experience with a strong background in agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Scrum or other agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to teach complex concepts and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
