Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At Tt Electronics Plc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic vision.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions to win new business and grow existing relationships.
  • Train and lead sales representatives and channel partners to ensure successful sales cycles.
  • Provide market and customer intelligence to inform sales strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Secure contracts and agreements that meet our business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate implementation of key initiatives and commercial actions.
  • Resolve customer objections and concerns to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Set and measure sales goals and objectives for your territory.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success and business growth in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of low-to-mid range power supply products and their applications.
  • Experience in a solution sell environment and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and SAGE business system.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Field experience in the medical devices industry.
  • Understanding of 8D methodology and experience in resolving customer issues.
  • Skilled negotiator with ability to find 'price to win'.
  • Knowledgeable in creating professional presentations for region and customer events.
