We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Manager at Spak Staffing, LLC. This on-site (hybrid), direct-hire position is based in a dynamic and growing company and requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license, prior Civil Engineering experience in the Water/Wastewater (W/WW) sector, US Citizenship, and ideally, Project Management expertise along with previous leadership experience.
The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
The successful candidate will oversee W/WW projects, lead and expand Engineering teams, and secure new business opportunities for the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee Water/Wastewater projects from conception to completion
- Lead and expand Engineering teams to meet business objectives
- Secure new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
**Requirements:**
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Prior Civil Engineering experience in the Water/Wastewater sector
- US Citizenship
- Project Management expertise and previous leadership experience
