Regional Operations Manager

Webber is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead the delivery and development of multiple performance-based operations and maintenance infrastructure contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and preserving new regional client relationships and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the strategic profitability of operations, including developing and executing strategic plans to maximize profitability and growth.
- Work with Project Managers to establish plans, budgets, and result measurements, and allocate resources to achieve project objectives.
- Provide overall strategic and operational direction to Project Managers within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with other Webber regions, contracts, and stakeholders to improve efficiencies and information exchanges across the business.
- Assist with the development of new leverage and business opportunities, and identify programs to reduce/contain costs, maximize revenue, and manage cash flow.
- Comply with company risk management, quality assurance, and health, safety, and environment management systems.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in roadways/bridges/tunnel/facility management on major projects.
- Supervisory/management experience is required, with the ability to manage a large P&L and support others.
- Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written, and strong computer skills with broad competency across the MS Office suite.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record, and ability to work flexibly and travel extensively to meet business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Licensed P.E. is greatly desired but not required.
