Department Overview:

The Registrar's Office plays a vital role in supporting students, faculty, and staff through various services, including academic advising, course scheduling, enrollment management, and maintenance of academic records. We strive to create an open and welcoming atmosphere for all members of our community.

Role Summary:

The Curriculum Management Specialist will oversee the planning and enhancement of processes related to curriculum tracking, degree audits, and course scheduling. This role involves direct collaboration with staff to ensure the effective implementation of systems and processes that support academic integrity and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in academic administration or a related field is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's Degree and at least six years of progressive responsibility in higher education, particularly within a Registrar or Enrollment Management Office, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple functional areas within the Registrar's Office.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for continuous operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Manage daily operations and collaborate with staff to achieve objectives.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues.
  • Facilitate staff hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and recommend necessary changes.
  • Advise stakeholders on university regulations and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and institutional laws.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional overtime.
