Position Overview:
As a key member of the HR team, the Leave Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administration of various Leave of Absence (LOA) programs and processes. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations and company policies while providing support to employees during their leave.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer all aspects of Leave of Absence programs, including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other statutory leaves.
2. Collaborate with employees and management to facilitate smooth transitions during leave periods.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leave requests and approvals.
4. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits and leave options.
5. Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of leave management with overall employee services.

Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of leave administration and benefits management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
