Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Outreach Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders within Veteran Affairs, including healthcare providers, leadership, and community support officers.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that veterans have access to Charlie Health's mental health services, educating VA communities about our programs and collaborating closely with military partners to address their unique mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Operationalize a Go-to-Market Strategy: Create a comprehensive plan to promote Charlie Health's mental health resources within the Veteran Affairs ecosystem.
  • Build Relationships with Military Healthcare Providers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, mental health officers, and base leadership across priority markets.
  • Conduct Educational Meetings and Presentations: Visit VA Hospitals 4-5 days per week to deliver educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities aimed at raising awareness of Charlie Health's mental health resources.
  • Identify Needs and Address Barriers to Treatment: Collaborate with VA referral sources to identify needs and address barriers to treatment, ensuring that veterans have access to life-saving mental health services.
  • Design Tailored Strategies: Develop customized strategies to engage and support VA healthcare systems and community networks, deepening Charlie Health's penetration across existing military partnerships.
  • Synthesize and Share Feedback: Collect feedback from VA partners and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve go-to-market goals in the military channel.

Requirements:

  • Residency in the Southeast Region: Must reside in the Southeast region of the United States.
  • Veteran ID Card: Must possess a valid Veteran ID Card.
  • Fluency in English: Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to Travel: Must be able to travel to VA Hospitals across the Southeast region.
  • Proven Sales Experience: 3-4+ years of proven sales experience, owning and overachieving KPIs is a plus.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, educate, and collaborate with military personnel and leadership.
  • Energetic Communication Style: Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office/Teams and Salesforce.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000, with a target performance-based bonus potentially increasing total cash compensation to $110,000 per year.
